I started two projects and worked on two WIPs this month. I worked a little on Alphonse Mucha’s Moon from Art of Stitching:

I also worked a tiny bit on Bokhara from Tapestry and Beadwork: Canvaswork Projects for the Home. In theory, I can just repeat the sections using the previously completed sections. In practice, I need the chart for this part, and I’m finding it hard to count on the diagonal and figure out where the pink satin stitches need to be:

I was looking for something else entirely, and ran across a chart for the Mockingjay pin (Hunger Games) by Happy Cupcake Creations. My nephew was looking over my shoulder and liked it, so I decided to do it. I am working it on 14 count plastic canvas. It is of course taking longer than I thought it would:

I was at the grocery with my sister and nephew, and picked up the current issue of Just Cross Stitch (April 2015); my sister fell in love with the cover picture, so that’s what she’ll get for her birthday (hopefully). I just started this tonight:
